Light Industry & Science Park I ("LISP I"), the first privately owned industrial estate to be registered with the Board of Investments, is situated 35 kilometers south of Makati (the business center of the country) via the South Luzon Expressway. It has an area of 173 hectares and was completely sold out in 1995. It is home to 92 locators, who provide employment to more than 28,000 people.

All of SPPI's industrial parks are strategically located and easily accessible, making them conveniently close to the country's financial and industrial centers, yet set apart from the noise and pollution in the cities. Within close proximity are some of the country's most modern living communities for people of various income levels, including first-class housing subdivisions and condominium apartments.

Light Industry & Science Park II ("LISP II"), the first privately owned industrial park to be declared as an ecozone, is located in Calamba, Laguna. It is only 6.3 kilometers from LISP I. It has an area of 68 hectares and was sold out after only two years. It is home to 24 locators, who employ more than 10,000 people.
